This afternoon Eric Bledsoe signed a national letter of intent with the University of Kentucky. Bledsoe is a five star point guard and according to Scout.com he is rated as the #37th player in the 2009 class. This commitment is exactly what UK needed. He will add depth and provide the much needed help at the point, a position that the Wildcats seemed to have many issues with last season.
E Bledsoe will now be joining DeMarcus Cousins, Daniel Orton, Jon Hood, and Darnell Dodson as Coach Calipari's first recruiting class. Not too bad...
Hopefully by the end of the signing period there will be one more point guard to add to this list.
