IT'S TOURNEY TIME BABYYYY!!!

Tonight at 7:30 PM the pride of Central Kentucky basketball (don't worry the Cats are at 9:30 PM) plays in the NCAA opening round match-up, a.k.a. the play-in game.  The Eagles of Morehead St. (19-15), winners of the OVC face off against the Alabama St. Hornets (22-9), champions of the SWAC.  The game will most likely be won with the battle in the paint as Morehead's PTP'er Kenneth Faried goes up against the 7'1 Chief Kickingstallionsims (NO JOKE! I CAN'T MAKE THAT SHIT UP).  If you haven't seen Morehead St. play this year, you gotta take a look at Faried.  He's a player that shows what an athlete that has Patrick Patterson's frame should be capable of on the glass.  The guy is an absolute animal on the offensive boards, and if he stays out of foul trouble, will help the Eagles chances tremendously.  If you watched the post-game of their 2OT thriller vs. Austin Peay you'd know he's one for the cameras as well ("I Make Buckets, YO").

In my opening round prediction I like the Eagles for no other reason than I'm a VIP guest of the legend himself, Coach Wayne Martin.  Look for that custom-made YDF hat on ESPN tomorrow night.  Morehead St. 61 Alabama St. 56
